Robert Goerend is a Partner and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Dispute Resolution practices at Luther’s Luxembourg office. He provides comprehensive legal counsel on corporate financing, private equity transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.

Robert regularly provides strategic guidance in special situations, including corporate restructurings and insolvencies.

Robert has extensive expertise in handling corporate and commercial litigations with a focus on shareholder litigation and highstakes matters involving regulated entities, such as banks and fund structures.

Robert  was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011.

He also serves as Co-President of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.

Robert Goerend has graduated from the University of Aix-Marseille III in France. He obtained a Master’s degree in business law and a postgraduate diploma in corporate law, tax law and accounting (diplôme de magistère droit, fiscalité et comptabilité).
