Ralitsa Gougleva is a Counsel in DGKV, Head of Data Protection Practice and co-head of  Artificial Intelligence Governance. She has more than ten years of experience in data-protection and privacy matters, and has helped both Bulgarian and international clients conduct their business in Bulgaria in compliance with the GDPR and local data-protection regulations.

Ralitsa has been a team leader and sole leader in charge of DGKV teams advising investors on some of the largest and highest-profile M&A deals on the Bulgarian market. She has extensive and diverse experience in M&A, joint ventures and private equity, corporate governance, project finance, commercial contracts and data protection. Ralitsa has helped many clients with the restructuring of their business operations and investments in Bulgarian companies, on corporate governance and liquidation matters, and on commercial contracts.
