Valentin Bojilov is a Partner at DGKV's M&A, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution Practices. An accomplished lawyer, Valentin reflects the extent of substantive expertise that our clients seek and has shown his attachment to our firm’s values and culture. While his practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate law, he has also valuable experience in lender and borrower side secured and unsecured financing transactions, sovereign debt, international arbitration, anti-corruption, sanctions, EU law aspects, and representations before the Court of Justice of the EU.
