Lorena Ciobanu is a Partner and advises clients in complex acquisitions, restructurings, corporate matters, and commercial disputes for both Romanian and international clients. She manages high-stakes litigation for major companies in construction, real estate, telecom, transport, energy, and banking. In addition, Lorena Ciobanu assists clients in employment issues, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, and handles negotiations for employment agreements, collective bargaining, and redundancy procedures. Our clients trust Lorena for her expertise in designing employment strategies, benefit arrangements, and providing counsel on fiscal issues, including tax inspections and related litigation.

Lorena Ciobanu joined ONV LAW in 2013 and became Partner in 2022.
