Junior Partner
Career
As Junior Partner in the Tax team, Laurent Bibaut mainly focuses on M&A transactions, Private Equity and corporate tax (tax optimization, relations with the tax authorities) across multiple industries.
Laurent also advises clients in connection with management incentive package and share incentive schemes, in particular as a member of the GIE Capital Ingenium.
His clients are mainly investment funds and their portfolio companies, small and medium companies as well as large French or international groups and companies’ managers.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2012, he joined AYACHE in 2017 after having practiced in international law firms in France and abroad.
