Senior Partner

Roxana Negutu is a senior partner of Voicu & Asociații and the head of the real estate practice group. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and has been actively involved in some of the largest transactions performed on the Romanian market, advising commercial, industrial, financial, institutional and individual clients. Roxana Negutu also advises retailers in connection with their expansion process, conducting due diligence investigation, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, assistance in completing numerous transactions.

Further to her expertise in real estate matters, Roxana Negutu also covers corporate and M&A sector, acting in transaction structuring, acquisition related matters, project management, complex due diligence processes and international dispute matters, representing clients in various industries such as real estate, constructions, retail consumers’ goods among others.

A further focus of her practice is on retail and consumer protection related matters, having coordinated advice for general commercial compliance, customized internal policies and procedures and in connection with controlling authorities.

She is the author of various articles published in international and Romanian magazines and the Exclusive four-time winner of ILO and Lexology Client Choice award in Real Estate.
