Roxana Negutu is a partner of Voicu & Filipescu and the head of the real estate practice group. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and has been actively involved in some of the largest transactions performed on the Romanian market, advising commercial, industrial, financial, institutional and individual clients. Further to her expertise in real estate matters, Roxana Negutu also covers corporate and M&A sector, acting in transaction structuring, acquisition related matters, project management, complex due diligence processes and international dispute matters, representing clients in various industries such as retail, constructions, consumers’ goods, pharmaceuticals. A further focus on her practice is on electronic communications & IT advising also clients on data privacy and outsourcing agreements. Roxana Negutu is the author of various articles published in international and Romanian magazines and has been involved as a speaker in numerous conferences.
