Deputy Managing Partner

Marta Popa is deputy managing partner of Voicu & Asociații. She has wide experience in various practice areas, including corporate consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, data protection and employment law, as well as public procurement procedures in sectors including oil & energy and healthcare.

Marta Popa has been involved in some of the most important legal due diligence investigations and transactions in Romania, gaining particular expertise in detailed investigations of domestic companies and drafting due diligence reports, advising major foreign clients or the Romanian state during private acquisitions or sales of State-owned stakes in Romanian companies. She has more than 20 years’ experience assisting world-leading companies in management consulting, IT services, complex outsourcing agreements, data protection and privacy matters, and is the author of various articles published in international and Romanian magazines.
