Magda is an experienced advocate, managing associate, focused on corporate and transactional services for public companies in areas such as compliance with disclosure obligations and administrative and criminal proceedings regarding the Market Abuse Regulation. Also advises on regulatory issues and ESG-compliant corporate governance.

She mainly advises on public issues of shares and bonds, in particular working on drafting prospectuses and reviewing and negotiating agreements accompanying public offerings. She also focuses on advice related to compliance with disclosure obligations, in particular advising during administrative and criminal proceedings regarding MAR. In addition, Magda advises companies in their day-to-day operations on corporate and regulatory issues, in particular implementation of ESG-compliant corporate governance principles.

In addition to her strictly professional activities, Magda shares her experience with students at the Capital Markets Society of Warsaw University and conducts training events. She contributes to reviews of legislative initiatives, such as the consultations initiated by ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) on the revision of the MAR Regulation.
