Marie-Christine Combes advises founders and managers of SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises and investors by assisting them in all their expansion projects (fund raising, equity investments and external growth) and reorganisation projects (partial asset contributions, mergers and all business reorganisations).

Having a deep knowledge of the private equity field, she assists investment funds and management teams in LMBO transactions from the negotiation and structuring stage to the implementation of shareholder agreements and management packages.

Marie-Christine Combes is also active in financing and advises borrowers in the financing of external growth and private equity transactions.

She regularly works alongside the firm’s Energy team on behalf of developers and producers in the context of their development, disposals and restructuring. She favours a pragmatic approach, with the aim of offering both simple and global solutions to the issues involved.
