Valérie Spiguelaire is involved in dispute resolution and litigation in business law.

She promotes a renewed vision of litigation matters with a view to prevention and effective and lasting solutions.

Thus, her expertise focuses on the management of risky or contentious situations by integrating aspects such as prevention (risk audit, drafting of sensitive agreements), crisis management, mediation and more generally negotiations with a view to amicable settlement.
