Mr. Ben Yehuda began his legal career as an intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since 2012. Itamar divides his time between the corporate law, securities and commercial law practices, in which he is involved in providing clients with legal advice regarding their ongoing commercial and corporate activities. As part of his corporate law and securities practice, Itamar represents public and private companies vis-à-vis the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Israel Securities Authority and other institutions. His areas of expertise include public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing legal advice regarding day-to-day capital market matters. In his commercial practice, Itamar represents the firm’s clients in the construction and negotiation of their transactions. Additionally, Itamar advises companies throughout the various stages of their development with regard to day-to-day activities, financing, contracts and agreements
