Tamar joined Gornitzky & Co. in 2021, as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Tamar worked as an associate at the Corporate & Commercial & High-Tech departments in a leading law firm. Tamar’s main area of practice is Corporate law and Hi-Tech law, with emphasis on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, financing rounds, joint ventures and consults on all legal, business and commercial aspects of their activities and day-to-day legal needs.
