Career
Yotam joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2021, after having worked and prior to that interned at another leading Tel Aviv law firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital group. Yotam’s main area of practice is Hi-tech and Venture Capital. Yotam represents both local and foreign clients, and advises entrepreneurs, start up and hi-tech companies, angels and venture capital funds, on their on-going corporate and commercial matters, with focus on financing, capital raising and M&A transactions.
