Ray joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Ray completed his internship and worked as an associate in another leading law firm. Ray’s main area of practice is Hi-Tech and M&A. Ray represents both local and foreign clients, and advises entrepreneurs, start up and hi-tech companies and venture capital funds, on their on-going corporate and commercial matters, with focus on financing, capital raising and M&A transactions.
