Nurit Traurik is a partner at the Gornitzky & Co.
Nurit specializes in all types of Israeli capital markets and securities matters, as well as in corporate governance and cross border securities M&A transactions.
Nurit advises clients (public and private companies) with regard to corporate actions, restructurings, public offerings (equity and debt), regulatory affairs, commercial transactions and with regard to their ongoing corporate activities and reporting obligations. In addition, Nurit has extensive experience representing HNW individuals and trusts, including in tax matters.
