Paolo Ludovici's expertise includes domestic and international corporate reorganizations, M&A and structured finance transactions, tax planning for high net-worth individuals and trusts. He often acts as an expert in criminal and tax proceedings. He regularly writes for Italian leading financial newspapers as well as for other major tax reviews and magazines. He regularly speaks at tax conferences and lectures in post-graduate specialization courses.

Paolo Ludovici is Founding Partner of GPBL since 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm he founded in 2014. Previously, he worked for twenty-three years at Maisto e Associati since its establishment, becoming a partner in 2000. He advises on all areas of tax law.

He is a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AIFI) as well as of the Legal Committee of the Italian Private Banking Association (AIPB). He is full member STEP Italy.

He graduated Cum Laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University. He is admitted to the Italian Chartered Accountant Association in Milan.
