Position
Guido Sagliaschi advises on various types of extraordinary real estate transactions and commercial agreements (including leases, business rentals and contract works) as well as the management of litigation and pre-litigation proceedings. He assists both Italian and foreign real estate clients in matters concerning wholesale, shopping centres, business parks, office-use and entertainment purposes as well as advising asset management companies on transactions concerning real estate investment funds.
Education
He graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Pavia in 2001 and achieved a Ph.D. in Comparative Private Law from the Università degli Studi di Firenze
