Position
Gianpaolo Scandone is a junior partner based in the Milan office. Gianpaolo’s practice mainly focuses on corporate and financial matters, including capital market transactions, domestic and cross – border mergers and acquisitions relating to listed and non-listed companies, private equity and joint venture deals. Gianpaolo also has experience in real estate transactions, with regard to the setting of investment funds and the transfer of real estate portfolios.
Education
He graduated magna cum laude from the Federico II University Law School in Naples in 2005 and received an LL.M. degree from Columbia University Law School in 2011.
