His areas of expertise are corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring. He also advices domestic and foreign clients in complex tax audits, pre-litigation and judicial settlements, and assists them in the defence before tax courts. He is author of several publications on tax matters and he often speaks at tax conferences as well as he lectures at post-graduate specialization courses.

Andrea Iannaccone has been a partner of GPBL since 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, where he had been a partner since 2016. Previously, he worked at Maisto e Associati for over nine years and previously in another Italian tax firm for three years.

He graduated in Law and Business Administration at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and he  obtained a one year full time Master in Tax at IPSOA, Milan (Wolters Kluwer).
