Rossella Pappagallo specializes in rendering corporate advice, particularly with regard to the regulation of listed issuers. She also advises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. She also advises clients on Debt Capital Markets side, handles the origination, structuring, execution and placement of bond issues

In recent years she has assisted some of the Firm’s key clients in capital markets transactions, including the issuance of financial instruments and their listings on regulated markets, and in the conduction of takeover bids and exchange offers.
