Experience in advising on all aspects of company and emloyment law including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' and partnerships agreements, terms and conditions of business, emloyment contracts/staff handbooks, and employment tribunal claims. Clients are drawn from a wide variety of business sectors such as retail, health, restaurants, hotels, banking and information technology.
