Dorottya Rebeka Tarba is an attorney-at-law at Andersen in Hungary. Dorottya is involved in several projects;

as legal due diligence of retail and corporate loan portfolios, the establishment and acquisition of companies, real estate transactions, as well as in renewable energy projects.

Besides drafting various contracts, submissions, and corporate documents she is advising national and international companies both in Hungarian and English.

Dorottya main tasks include supporting clients during renewable energy projects (providing legal advice in the course of building and construction phase of the solar power plants, assisting investors who acquire shares in companies which are solar power plant holders; performing due diligence of the target companies, etc.)
