Martin Wolfstetter works at the interface between our corporate law and real estate law practice. For more than ten years, he has been involved in the structuring, distribution and management of closed-end alternative investment funds for collective investment in the areas of real estate, energy, transportation and corporate investments.

Main areas of activity: - Corporate and capital market law compliance for capital management companies and investment companies according to the German Investment Code - Structuring, prospectus, distribution and management of investment, joint venture and project companies in the fields of real estate, energy, transportation and corporate investments - Advice and representation in all capital market and investment law administrative proceedings before the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) - Transactions in the real estate and energy sectors - Litigation in the areas of capital market law and real estate law

He is listed as a lawyer and/or with the practice group at Legal500 (De, EMEA), Chambers and Juve. He is also listed as "highly recommended" by the leading French specialist publisher Leaders League in the area of fund structuring.
