HEUSSEN: KeKelit Group advised on the sale of DW Verbundrohr (Multitubo)
A team led by Corporate Partner Dr. Georg Anders of HEUSSEN comprehensively advised KeKelit on the transaction. The team also included Corporate Partner Cornelia Weber and Tax Partner Martin Grasser. Dr. Anders has been advising the KeKelit Group on corporate law for many years.
DW Verbundrohr is a German industrial distribution company that has been established in the market for 20 years. The company offers composite pipes and fittings under the Multitubo brand, has its own branches in Germany and France, but also covers the European and international market with distribution partners in more than 40 countries. Elydan develops and manufactures pipes, ducts and sheathing for the construction industry. The company will reach a total turnover of almost EUR 200 million with the acquisition in 2022.
