Dr Kerstin Linder works in our Berlin office, but also handles the firm's succession and foundation mandates at the Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Munich offices on an ongoing basis. She specialises in inheritance, corporate, foundation and tax law.

Dr Linder deals in particular with the drafting of coordinated wills, inheritance, gift, waiver of compulsory portion, marriage and partnership agreements.

She represents her clients in and out of court in inheritance disputes, disputes concerning compulsory portions and shareholder disputes. She advises on the establishment of companies and foundations as well as on their ongoing affairs.
