Dr Hohmann advises in particular on trademark law (e.g. trademark applications and trademark disputes), competition law (e.g. review of advertisements or conducting disputes due to the disclosure of business and trade secrets) and antitrust law. She also specialises in drafting contracts, in particular licence agreements and research and development agreements. She is a judge at the Baden-Württemberg Bar Court, a member of the Committee for Civil Procedure and Court Constitutional Law of the German Federal Bar Association and a member of the Examination Board for the Second State Examination in Law in Baden-Württemberg.
