Oleg Alyoshin is a partner of the firm. He has been practicing law since 1992. Oleg Alyoshin is in charge of the Real Estate & Construction Group and also leads Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources Practice of Vasil Kisil & Partners. Oleg Alyoshin has considerable experience in representing clients in Ukrainian courts, international commercial arbitration, including direct representation in various international jurisdictions (Great Britain, Switzerland, Greece, Germany, USA, etc) acting as party's representative or expert on Ukrainian Law issues. Mr. Alyoshin has been repeatedly mentioned by Ukrainian and foreign publications as one of the best Ukrainian practitioners in Antimonopoly Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Transportation, International Trade and Arbitration. Oleg Alyoshin is acting as a designated Ukrainian partner for the "Doing Business", World Bank Group Project, within the framework of which he provides peer review of the Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of business operations and its application. Mr. Alyoshin is a Ukrainian representative in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
