Sarb is a qualified collaborative lawyer and is an accredited specialist member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to dealing with family law issues in a constructive and non-confrontational way. Sarb also specialises in employment law and has considerable experience representing both employees and employers in employment disputes.
Sian is a Partner in the dispute resolution team, specialising in landlord and tenant and social housing. She acts for a number of social landlords in East Anglia, dealing with all aspects of possession and antisocial behaviour cases. She conducts all her own advocacy.
