Boris Léone-Robin provides advisory and litigation support to French and foreign clients on social security, supplementary employee benefits, employee savings schemes, employee share ownership plans and, more generally, any issues regarding individual and collective pay.

In addition, he regularly assists companies with inspections conducted by Urssaf, both during the inspection phase and subsequent disputes and claims regarding "standard" assessment inspections or following a finding of undeclared work.

Thanks to his multi-disciplinary approach (employment and labour law, employee benefits law and corporate law), Boris has acquired expertise in new forms of work such as employment platforms, wage portage (portage salarial), temporary work and self-employment.

Boris is a regular contributor to articles and conferences on these subjects - he was rapporteur for the Montaigne Institute on profit-sharing. He also teaches courses on employee savings schemes, employee share ownership plans and supplementary employee benefits to students in Master 2 programs (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas).

Highly invested in the start-up ecosystem, he is also actively involved in the "Start you up" program of legal support for start-ups created by August Debouzy. He is also a mentor in the Singa Association’s Incubator Program for the inclusion of newcomers.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Boris joined August Debouzy in 2015. Before that, he worked in a law firm specializing in supplementary employee benefits for four years as a lawyer/paralegal and then associate. Boris graduated from the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree (Master 1) in Labour Law) and Paris 2 Panthéon--Assas (Professional master’s degree (Master 2 Professionnel) in Labor Relations Law and Practice.
