A partner in August Debouzy’s Labor and Employment Law team since 1999, Marie-Hélène Bensadoun provides advisory and litigation support on matters relating to restructuring, business transfers and collective bargaining, before civil, administrative and criminal courts.

She also leads the firm’s Spanish & Lusophone Desk. She is a member of the AvoSial’s board, a professional association of lawyers specializing in employment law advice for businesses, and served as its Vice-President from 2016 to 2022.

Marie-Hélène Bensadoun is actively engaged in a number of professional and social initiatives and causes. She is one of the initiators of Start You Up, a program launched by August Debouzy to support innovative entrepreneurs, and also contributes to the Boost au Féminin initiative, which offers legal training to women entrepreneurs (‘Boosteuses’) within the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

She is also the founder and Secretary General of Le Siècle des Femmes, a network dedicated to advancing women’s roles in professional environments, and regularly engages in cultural, economic and political debates.

Her involvement also extends to culture and education. She sits on the boards of the French organizations Toutes à l'École and Langage de Femmes, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fondation pour la Comédie-Française (Cercle Galilée), underscoring her strong commitment to these fields. She also served on the Social Committee of the Fondation pour le Logement des Défavorisés until 2018.
