Vincent Brenot has been a partner in August Debouzy since 2014 and works within the Public Regulatory Environment department. He is recognized for his expertise and know-how in public law and environmental law and provides advisory and litigation support to public and private, French and international, clients. Vincent Brenot has significant experience in public procurement law and public finance law. He also advises his clients on urban planning and environmental law, in the areas of renewable energies and circular economy as well as polluted sites and soils, more specifically in connection with real estate and M&A transactions. He is the only French lawyer ranked as a Global Elite Thought Leader since 2021 in Who's Who Legal, Environment category, with the following comment: “Vincent is among the best environmental lawyers in France”.

With more than 20 years’ experience acquired within the international law firms Freshfields and Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he became a partner, Vincent Brenot’s experience in complex transnational deals is a strong asset for the firm’s international clients.
