Thibaut Amourette advises French and foreign companies operating in various sectors (including inter alia IT providers, publishers and consultants, energy, luxury goods, banking, etc.) regarding their TMT projects involving in particular cloud computing, software development and integration, outsourcing, Artificial Intelligence, e-commerce and marketplaces, etc.

In this context, Thibaut provides daily advisory and litigation support on matters related to TMT law, intellectual property (soft IP), commercial law, data protection and consumer protection.

Thibaut has also been seconded in-house, on a full-time basis, to several legal departments, enabling him to provide efficient legal assistance while adopting a pragmatic vision of projects taking into consideration the operational and technical constraints of the project owners.
