Clare heads our Wealth Preservation team and prides herself in supporting her clients at vulnerable times, bringing humour and warmth to her client interactions. She appreciates that all clients are different and adapts her knowledge and skills to fit in with each individual client’s needs and objectives.

Clare has a wide range of clients from all backgrounds, which leads to a breadth of experience and knowledge.

Clare also works with a large network of professional contacts and encourages co-ordination between clients, their financial advisors and accountants in order to achieve the best possible result when considering estate planning and wealth protection.

Clare deals with all aspects of Private Client work relating to death and mental capacity, whether that be wills, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney or the creation of trusts. She is highly regarded.

She provides general succession, inheritance tax and asset protection planning to multiple generations of families as well as creating and administering onshore trusts and providing advice to trustees.

Clare is a qualified “TEP” (Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner).

She is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
