The four partner, London-based Armstrong Teasdale Intellectual Property team will move to Greenwoods on Monday, 16 September. 

Commenting on the move, team head, Jim Boff said: “Following Armstrong Teasdale’s withdrawal from the UK, it is great to be joining Greenwoods. We have been impressed that their client-focussed approach to law aligns with our approach of providing commercially appropriate IP advice and services.”

As a result, Greenwoods has significantly increased its IP expertise and can offer a comprehensive range of IP services. In addition to Jim Boff, Martin Hammler, James McAllister, and Arthur Boff join the firm.

Additionally, Robert Bell joins from Armstrong Teasdale as a competition and regulatory consultant.  Robert has over 30 years of experience advising clients on complex competition and regulatory matters.

This is the second team to move to Greenwoods in the last twelve months. Nine members from the Ince Private Client & Tax team joined in September 2023.
