Motaz graduated from the Faculty of Law- English department of the University of Alexandria in 2009 and joined Eldib’s Cairo office in 2013. Despite being one of the newest members of Eldib Advocates, Motaz has shown both great knowledge and potential in his specialized fields. He is very eager to learn more on a daily basis which would enable him to enhance his expertise, excelling his position both at the firm and in the legal community.

Since joining in Eldib Advocates, Motaz is specialized in commercial, corporate and civil law where he provided his legal opinion on a handful of matters. He is also handling with our senior partners several account of multi-national corporations in the fields of petroleum, corporate and shipping, providing them with legal consultancy on daily basis ensuring the ultimate protection to our client’s rights either before governmental or non-governmental authorities.

Motaz is also a key player when it comes to representing our clients before the GAFI where he assists in setting up companies and preparing the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, companies’ resolutions, and board of director’s meetings.
