Years of professional experience:  Almost two decades

Fousia completed her Masters in Law (LL.M), specialization in Human Rights and Environmental law from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in the year 2006. She enrolled as an advocate in the year 2004 before the Bar Council of Kerala after receiving her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Govt. Law College Calicut, University of Calicut.

She works with the corporate team on various corporate-commercial transactions and as a focal contact for reputed clients. She handles various assignments such as share transfers, entity incorporations, reviewing and preparing various contracts, closure of entities, general corporate advisory more particularly those relating to the drafting, and reviewing all legal documents in English.  She provides legal advice on various issues involved in labor, employment, and immigration matters wherein she reviews/drafts employment contracts, HR Manuals, settlement agreements, and termination notices.
