Mr. Vinay Vaish heads the firm’s Corporate, and Advisory Practice. He has extensive experience in handling commercial, corporate and tax litigation and general corporate advisory including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments, in various contracts, employment law and real estate.

His extensive business law and transactional experience includes drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements. He has advised several multinational companies on financial and technical collaborations and strategies/ options for commencing operations in Oman. He has advised on and appeared in Arbitration proceedings representing both foreign clients from different countries.

He has addressed several national and international conferences and seminars on subjects like Foreign Direct Investment, entry strategies for foreign companies, Real estate issues. He has co-edited an in house publication by the firm “Think Business Think India”.
