She has extensive experience in contentious, and non-contentious, intellectual property matters, patents and counterfeiting actions. Previously, she worked with the Ministry of Trade and Supply in Cairo, Egypt on intellectual property issues. She speaks Arabic, English and French.

Fahima has been an IP Expert in the Ministry of Justice in Sultanate of Oman since 2014 and Member of the Cairo Bar since 1983.
