Dr. Wakeel has worked with The Law Firm of Salah Al Hejailan Riyadh, as a legal advisor since 2011. He provides legal advice relating to companies and the activities thereof, arbitration in disputes of all kinds, nationally and internally, intellectual property, drafting, examining and reviewing all types of contracts, whether private or government, and to solve problems arising from the same, dealing with the legal aspects of banking transactions and banking disputes, criminal, commercial, civil and labor cases, and conducting studies and reports on regulations in the Kingdom.
Dr. Wakeel was assistant professor in the First Faculty of Law, to be established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and he was the first non-Saudi staff member in said faculty. He also taught in many faculties of law in Egypt. He was also a legal advisor to the Customs Authority in Egypt (Ministry of Finance), and he was a legal trainee in the Customs Authority in Egypt, the Royal Court in Saudi Arabia and the Institute of Legal Studies in Riyadh.
