Career

Prof. Dr. Said Yehya joined LFSH in 1996. He is currently the Managing Attorney of the Jeddah Office of LFSH.

Before joining LFSH, he worked as Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, Arab Republic of Egypt, Khartoum Branch from 1970 to 1972.

Afterwards, he was Assistant Professor, Faculty of Commerce, Riyadh University from 1972 to 1978. He then served as Professor of Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Zagazig University, Arab Republic of Egypt from 1978 to 1980, and was Professor, Faculty of Economics and Administration, King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 1980 to 1995, where he was Chairman of the Law Department, Faculty of Economics and Administration.

He also served as a Professor of Law, College of Law, University of Business and Technology, Jeddah, from 2018 to 2020.

Prof. Dr. Said Yehya has outstanding expertise in arbitration, companies and banking laws and Islamic law, especially under the focus of foreign investments, and is an expert in Foreign Investment Law of the Kingdom, its by-laws and all related aspects, joint ventures, franchising and real estate law.
