Aleš Rojs is a cofounder of Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners and has been managing the firm since 1989, with a vision to establish a leading corporate law firm in Slovenia with a highly proficient team of lawyers.
He has been working on all major M&A projects in Slovenia for more than twenty years and he can offer invaluable experience and insightful knowledge about the Slovenian market and European law. He has advised numerous domestic and international clients within various business sectors on major privatisation, M&A and restructuring projects, and has also acted as a bankruptcy administrator. In today’s market, he is particularly recognised by the clients and peers for his strong drive to bring every deal to completion.
