Modher has extensive experience in registration of all types of companies in Iraq, that’s include registering branch for Standard Charter Bank, the world's largest bank and followed up with legal file thereof. In addition, he is managing the legal files for international companies like ABB through its branches, and its national companies in Iraq, as well as acting in a number of litigation cases, including attending big companies’ hearings like SKA Energy.

Furthermore, he has experience in Shares Sale and Purchase since he runs the procedures of selling Iraqi company’s shares owned by Foreign company to Korean company executing the largest residential complex in Iraq. Moreover, runs the procedures of selling part of Iraqi company’s shares to two UAE companies Work in the field of oil and quality control.

Likewise, he is following up with the Ministry of Trade/ Corporate Dept. and with General Commission for Taxes regarding the legal status of the biggest company that has specialized in inspection and conformity, which is the Britain and Emirates company (Intertek).

Additionally, he has experience in property and corporate commercial litigation.  Modher has also provided extensive advice to a number of banks, and lot of international companies within Iraq like Baker Hughes, State Oil, the American AT&T, AMK9, and S.K.A etc.
