Omar is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company’s Kuwait office. Omar’s practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and related matters. Omar has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and advising clients on a wide variety of finance and acquisition transactions. Most recently, He has served as counsel on both the financier and borrower side of a number of Shari’a compliant financing transactions.
