Ammar advised his clients on their operations related to civil and commercial law especially those concerning minimizing bad debt risks and legal collection of bad debt in addition to providing consultations, advisory on corporate shareholders disputes and drafting agreements and contracts for 13 years in Jordan being an internal legal advisor to companies such as Fast Link the first cellular service provider in Jordan and through his own private practice office in Amman.

Ammar Joined Al Tamimi and company in late 2007 where he was engaged with providing legal services and consultations in various areas of law, drafting and following up various cases in the dispute resolution practice department that are related to property, banking, construction, commercial, civil, Islamic finance, ratification of arbitration awards and other areas of law.

He leads a team of litigation lawyers who provides litigation services for developers and Islamic Finance entities. He provided services in relation to Arbitration proceedings that are conducted in Arabic language which amounted to more than AED 1 billion

Supervising, advising and representing Amlak Finance in several claims surrounding civil, criminal, foreclosure, commercial, etc. Supervising, advising and representing a leading Development Company in several claims against land developers in a man-made islands located in Ras Al Khaimah. Representing a Tobacco Trading Company in relation to a civil and criminal case on debt recovery. Representing a word-class Quarrying Company in a multimillion dirham outstanding recovery claim. Representing a UAE Bank in relation to nullification of shares. Representing a member of the Royal Family in Qatar in relation to outstanding recovery amounts. Advising a leading Pharmaceutical Company in the Middle East on ad-hoc services and other legal services. Advising a Governmental Entity on a gas sale and purchase agreement leading to debt recovery, attachment to assets and dealing with bounced security cheques. Representing a Governmental Entity in a shareholder’s dispute.
