Ahmed Allouz is a Partner at Al Tamimi & Company and Head of the firm’s Litigation Department in Dubai.

Ahmed has significant experience of all major areas of law and practice in the UAE, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law and other areas of Litigation.

As an Emirati National, Ahmed has full rights of audience before the UAE Courts.  He represents a wide range of domestic and international clients in contentious matters and has developed particular expertise in the fields of medical malpractice and rental disputes.  He also regularly advises clients in other types of litigation, including intellectual property disputes such as criminal proceedings in trademark infringements and copyright piracy cases, patent and trademark invalidations.  In addition, Ahmed routinely deals with criminal cases.

Ahmed has achieved notable successes in numerous court cases and settlements for various clients, which include government and semi-government entities.

Ahmed regularly delivers workshops and seminars to clients in relation to various litigation topics. He also publishes articles in the firm’s Law Update magazine.
