Omar Al Qahtani is a Kuwaiti national and bilingual lawyer, with over 15 years of experience representing clients in Kuwaiti law related matters across a variety of industry sectors and practice areas. In 2007, after receiving his Bachelor of Law at Philadelphia University, Omar qualified in Kuwait. He joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2013 and continued scoring victories for the Kuwait office’s litigation practice while successfully advocating for his clients. In 2019 he was named the Kuwait Office’s Head of Litigation. Omar Al Qahtani represents clients across a broad range of industries and practice areas and is qualified to represent clients before the Court of First Instance, the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court of the State of Kuwait. Omar continues to bring his client-focused approach to advocacy today whether he is representing a client in a family law matter, commercial litigation, or criminal defense.
