Amr is a Partner, Head of Corporate Commercial in Al Tamimi & Company, Egypt office. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions with more than two decades of experience in business and corporate legal counseling.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Amr worked at several reputable firms, advising on a variety of matters including corporate, investments, capital markets, mergers and acquisition as well as various litigation and arbitration proceedings. He was the Former General Counsel for Qalaa Holdings (a.k.a Citadel Capital), one of the region’s leading investment companies, where he was the main advisor on several landmark deals and multi-jurisdiction transactions..

Amr has structured, negotiated and executed many M&As transactions using offshore vehicles in several jurisdictions including, Cayman, BVI, Mauritius, DIFC and Luxembourg.
