Didier Nsanzineza specialises in various aspects of corporate taxation, in particular profit-sharing plans, complex financing, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. He also advises private clients, particularly in the negotiation of tax packages.
He also acts as First Secretary of the Young Bar Association of Geneva and sits on the Swiss Committee of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) as the Swiss representative of the Young IFA.
He also assists his private and institutional clients with VAT-related issues, particularly in the context of transactions or reorganisations.
