About

Aurélien Barakat specialises in various aspects of individual taxation, in particular real estate taxation, as well as for private clients with regard to estate planning or wealth restructuring. He is also active on behalf of companies, in particular in relation to company transfers, restructurings and profit-sharing plans. Finally, he regularly acts for his clients before the courts in matters of tax litigation.

He is also involved in civil and political society, being vice-president of the Geneva Green-Liberal Party.

He regularly teaches tax law and accounting law at the Universities of Neuchâtel and UniDistance, and is involved in other university and postgraduate courses on these same subjects.
