Career
Roger is a specialist in the area of Real Estate Transactions. He has extensive experience in negotiating and contracting in the real estate market, having advised and represented real estate companies and institutional investment funds for designing their investments and subsequently implementing new developments with special characteristics, including hotels, student accommodation, commercial premises (retail chains and shopping malls), flagships and sports clubs.
Roger has extensive experience in the coworking and coliving industry, having advised in several real estate purchase processes for the implementation of brand-new co-projects developed by foreign operators, drawing the relevant contracts for each project. He is responsible for providing consultancy to international investment funds regarding the process of acquiring real estate assets belonging to government bodies.
